Who we are
VanillaX is made by [company name], [address], Denmark, company number [CVR]. You can reach us at [support email].
What VanillaX is
VanillaX is a launcher and a client modification for Minecraft: Java Edition. It is not made by, endorsed by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. You need your own Minecraft account to play online.
Using it
- You may install and use VanillaX for free, for personal use.
- You may not resell it, repackage it, or present it as your own.
- You may not use it to break the rules of servers you play on. Each server sets its own rules and may ban you for things we allow.
- You may not modify the client to create an unfair advantage and then use it online.
Accounts
Some features need a VanillaX account, which is created by signing in with your Microsoft account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, chargebacks or abuse.
Purchases
When the store opens, CoinsX is a virtual currency that can only be used inside VanillaX. It has no value outside the launcher, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Buying CoinsX or a cosmetic gives you a personal licence to use that item in the client; it is not ownership of the item itself.
Purchases are handled by a payment provider, who is the seller of record. Your right to cancel and our refund rules are on the refunds page.
If you are under 18
Ask whoever pays the bills before buying anything. We may reverse purchases made by a child without permission.
Ending it
You can stop using VanillaX at any time and delete it. We can stop providing it, in whole or in part, and will give notice on this site if the store is affected.
No promises we cannot keep
VanillaX is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee that a server will allow it, that it works on every computer, or that Minecraft updates will not break it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Danish or EU consumer law.
Law
Danish law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your home country.
